Simply unusable and unbelievably buggy and useless. Did you guys even try it yourself before releasing it? Its a total joke and in fact really embarrassing to let your friends and family know you actually wrote this app. Please dont ever let your friends or family know about it

I got an iPhone 5 and now some of my websites wont read.. I paid for the English part so Im not happy that the whole reason I got the app wont work anymore.

It took a few minutes and I was translating Japanese text into English text and it would speak it in English as well as Japanese. I am running it on iPad mini.

So far yours has been the choice of my Spanish learning tool. The best part is the number of repeats. It helps me to train my ears with different speech speed. One comment. After I have used it for a few months, the history size has become so large that it slows down the APP. I could not find a quick way to erase all the recorded sentences that I have used. I have to delete the app and reinstall it to clear my history. I wish there were an easier way to clear my history.

I havent master it yet but what little I have done has been very good.

Great idea, but didn’t follow thru on it’s own commands, like.. “speak from beginning to end” - - because it didn’t speak from beginning to end. I had to manually restart it EVERY PARAGRAPH OR SENTENCE - really annoying! Also, it took 3x to reregister my preferences before it clicked into my choice of voice / dialect. An of course the ad’s at bottom of “free” version is annoying… I would love to have something that allowed “listening" to blocks of paragraphs, pages or chapters, and from a variety of downloaded formats. Still looking…

Thought I could use my voice to send text to my brother if this does it I dont know how

I love this app; it became the big part of my life since I bought it two years ago. I use it mostly to listen to books from the Internet sites like Project Gutenberg that offer books in a text format. English is my second language and the SpeakText For Me gives me the possibilities to listen to books, sentence by sentence, with a speed that is comfortable to me, the app translates all sentence to my native language, additionally I’m able to repeat all the difficult parts of the books as many times as needed to fully understand them. I spend with SpeakText For Me one to two hours every day and, since I started using it, I have made very big improvements in my abilities to understand and speak English. I plan to use it for many more years, read hundreds more books and, at the same time, improve and perfect my English skills. I’m convinced that it is “must to have” app for everyone how tries to learn a new language.

Im glad I did not purchase this app, I tried the free one before buying, but when I pasted a few sentences to hear it speak, the app shuts down, I could not even try the speak option which is the most important, very unreliable developers as well as the app.
